ORDER

The petitioner has filed an appeal on 03.11.2017 under Patta Passbook Act before the first respondent alleging that the second respondent has created a bogus patta. Since no orders has been passed, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard Mr.S.Pugalendhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Mrs.J.Padmavathy Devi, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent. In view of the nature of order to be passed by this Court, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that now the first respondent initiated enquiry and after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as second respondent and after completing enquiry, the appeal will be disposed of within a period of twelve weeks.

4.In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 03.11.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
