To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the order dated 09.06.09 passed by the respondent in TNSTC/TS/T4/0033 dismissing the petitioner from service, quash the same as illegal, non-est, inoperative and consequently direct the respondent to pay him all on his terminal benefits as if he continued in his service up to date of his superannuation on 30.06.09 and to pay him wages for their period from 09.06.09 to 30.06.09.

JUDGMENT
************* [Judgment of the Court was made by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY.,J.] This Writ Appeal is filed against the order, dated 5.09.2018 in W.P(MD)No.11462 of 2010, whereby the dismissal of the first respondent from service was set aside.
2.After filing of the Writ Appeal, the contesting parties namely, the appellant and first respondent have entered into a compromise between themselves. The learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties submitted a copy of the Memorandum of Compromise before this Court, which has been duly signed by the appellant and the first respondent and their respective counsels. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo. The Compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the judgment. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
