The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No.190 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur to the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappalli or to the Sub Court, Lalgudi, since she is residing at Lalgudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation for the respondent.

3. Since the respondent / husband residing at Thanjavur and it is convenient for both to attend the Court in Family Court, Trichy, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.190 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Thanjavur is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
