This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.11.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the properties in Survey Nos.869 / 24 and 869/25.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the relevant revenue records pertaining to Survey No.869 /24 and 869/25 have already been ascertained and that response will be given by the respondent to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 11.11.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
