ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/second accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.11.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 452, 307 of IPC and 3(1)(x) of SC & ST Act, in Crime No.372 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
