This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2017 to grant permission to conduct the "Thai Poosa Thiruvizha" as well as other programmes and also to conduct the "Kiramiya Isai and Aadal Padal" at about 06.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m. on 31.01.2018 in temple namely "Arulmigu Shree Murugan Kovil" at Chinnakundrakudi, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the village people are celebrating the festival by conducting Kiramiya Isai and Aadal Padal programme such as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cultural Programme, on 31.01.2018. They have decided to celebrate the festival at the above said temple and for that they have already given a representation dated 06.12.2017 to the second respondent and no order has been passed till now. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not raised any serious objection. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 06.12.2017 and dispose of the same at early by considering the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Church of God (Full Gospel) in India Vs. K.K.R, Majestic Colony Welfare Association and Ors, reported in 2001 - 1 - L.W. (Crl.) 233.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
