This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to revoke the suspension of the petitioner and reinstate him into service by considering his representation, dated 05.09.2024.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2024 has been considered and the first respondent has passed orders on 04.03.2025 reinstating the petitioner into service.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.
4. In compliance of the order of this Court, dated 04.03.2025, Mr.Prem Anand Sinha, Inspector General of Police, South Zone, Madurai, who is in-charge of the first respondent is present before this Court and submits that he will ensure for proper instructions and proper action from his subordinates in future. Accordingly, his presence is dispensed with. 2/4
5. In view of the same, in my considered view, no further adjudication or further orders are required in the present case.
