Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21555 of 2022, dated 06.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21555 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.2608 of 2023 respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
