This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register a criminal case against the Accused based on the complaint dated 27.07.2014 preferred by the petitioner and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that petition enquiry stands conducted and closed, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The respondent police is directed to serve closure report upon the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
