Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint dated 27.01.2022 given by the petitioner to conduct enquiry u/s. 147 of Cr.P.C in order to provide water to the coconut trees of the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint, dated 27.01.2022, given by the petitioner to conduct enquiry under Section 147 of Cr.P.C., in order to provide water to the coconut trees of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent various complaints to the respondents, but no action has been taken till now. He also filed photographs to show that the coconut trees are dried up without water. 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
