Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the petitioner and of MR.S.VELLAICHAMY, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner / State has filed this cancellation of anticipatory bail petition to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12025 of 2014 on 01.07.2014. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner / State would submit that after granting anticipatory bail to the accused herein, the victim has approached this Court by way of filing a Writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.

15208 of 2016, wherein this Court issued a direction to conduct a DNA test. 3.Aggrieved by that order, the accused preferred a Writ Appeal and the same was dismissed confirming the order passed by the Learned Single Judge of this Court. As against the Division Bench https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

order, the accused herein has preferred Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the Hon'ble Apex Court granted interim order.

4.In view of the above, the petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail does not arise. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
