Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KARMEGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 07.03.2017 onwards and thereafter, failed to appear from 21.03.2017 to 30.04.2017 and 03.05.2017 to 10.07.2017 and investigation has not been completed.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Public Prosecutor as the petitioner has not complied with the

conditions properly, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am from 17.07.2017 onwards until further orders.
