The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.This Court by order dated 19.06.2017 in Crl.OP(MD).No.7428 of 2017 while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate for compliance of the conditions imposed therein, failing which, the Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed automatically. 3.It is seen that copy of the order was made ready on 23.06.2017 and the present petition is filed on 06.07.2017 and is in time. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, further time of one week is granted from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
