CRIME NO.429/2017 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.6544/2017 dated 05.06.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VENKATA SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 15.06.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are abiding the daily condition imposed by this Court regularly from 15.06.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. The petitioners charged for the offences under Sections 147,148,294(b),324,506(ii) and 307 IPC in Crime No.429 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioners, the

condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
