ORDER
Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The grievance of the prayer is limited to the extent that an application has been made by a third party seeking cancellation of the petitioner's patta and in that regard, the first respondent has initiated an enquiry and the same is pending. The petitioner seeks expeditious conclusion of the said enquiry proceedings. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for, the writ petition is allowed with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry in Na.Ka.No.CPLR/7692/2024-A7, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent. No costs.
