Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.20581 of 2022, dated 22.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner was transferred to Bhuvaneswar at Odisha, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
