Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.RAHUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kannithevan, on behalf of the Respondent and the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had been complying with the condition from 04.03.2016.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners had been complying with the condition only from 07.03.2016.
