Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI.D., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17309 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioners, the condition is fully relaxed.
