The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to furnish a Machinery Certificate to the petitioner, enabling him to participate in the tender work, namely "Kalaignar Nagarpura Mempattu Thittam" (KNMT) for the year 2025-2026.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents submits that an inspection of the machinery would be conducted on 04.02.2026 and, if they are satisfied, the certificate would be issued on 05.02.2026.
