ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in O.S.No.170 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that no complaint was registered against the present petitioner and also contended that the respondent did not harass the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
