ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that there is some money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The third respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent and therefore, the petitioner prays that the second respondent has to be directed not to harass the petitioner.

3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that a case was registered against the petitioner in CSR No.384 of 2020 and the same is pending enquiry.

4.In view of the submissions made by both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation during enquiry and the respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to physically harass the petitioner, at the time of investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
