ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in M.C.No.166/2014 dated 29.11.2014 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
