ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any truth again and again even after registering a case as against the petitioner and others with regard to alleged land grabbing and the same is subjudice as trial before the Court concerned forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry was conducted and at the enquiry, since the second respondent has given a statement that no further action is necessary, the same was ordered to be closed.
