Prayer in WP(MD). 945/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Notice F.No.NITT/EMD/EO/Shops Eviction /2018-19/39 dated 01.01.2019 issued by the 1st Respondent and consequential impugned Tender Notification No.NITT/EMD/Shops/Category-II/2019/02 dated 04.01.2019 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently directing the possession of the shop No.GH05(03), Thozhar Xerox, at (optal Hostel), NITT Campus, Thuvakudi, Trichirappalli District.
