ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.VENUGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the CMA, the court made the following order:- On the side of the appellant, it is stated that the entire award amount was already deposited on 14.01.2020 and hence, he prayed to stay of all further proceedings in W.C.No.7 of 2007 on the file of Joint Commissioner of Labour Court, Tirunelveli. 2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, there shall be an order of interim stay till the disposal of Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
