This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent to investigate and file final report in Crime No.367 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police. 1/4
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.367 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and that the investigation is pending. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
