No. TN 58 Y 1314 and to produce the same before the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Peraiyur, within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Honourable Court. This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to seize the petitioner's TATA Sumo car bearing its Reg. No. TN 58 Y 1314 and to produce the same before the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Peraiyur, within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Honourable Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the representation given by the petitioner has been investigated and the same has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 04.12.2015.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
