This Writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take necessary action on petitioner complaint dated 23.01.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating for the investigation.
3. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and provide all the relevant documents and co-operate for the investigation. On such submission of documents, the respondent shall complete the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
