RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.6611/2017 dated 06.06.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.B.SUNDHARESHWAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 16.06.2017.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the daily condition imposed by this Court regularly from 16.06.2017 onwards and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation is still pending.
3. The petitioner charged for the offences under Sections 147,148,294(b),323,324,354,307 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.270 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.
4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
