Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the service in the light of the order passed for similar persons in W.A.(MD). No.1467 and 1468 of 2015 dated 23.09.2016.

2.By consent of both the parties the main writ petitions themselves are taken up for final disposal.

23.09.2016, this Court had directed the respondent to revoke the order of suspension imposed on the sanitary workers. The present case is identical.

4.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to revoke the order of suspension and reinstate the petitioners into service forthwith. It is made clear that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioners can very well go on. 5.With this observation, the Writ Petitions are allowed accordingly. No costs.
