ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 04.12.2019 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.93 of 2013 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge, (PCR), Trichy.

2. The first respondent herein filed a suit in O.S.No.93 of 2013 before the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Trichy, against the revision petitioner and others for partition. During the pendency of the suit, the revision petitioner/first defendant filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.93 of 2013 before the I Additional District Judge, (PCR), Thiruchirappalli, seeking to examine the witness in terms of writing. The Court below, vide order dated 04th December 2019, allowed the petition. Now, the revision petitioner has come to this Court for clarification in respect of the said order.

3. If there is any clarification required in respect of the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.93 of 2013, the revision petitioner can approach the very same Court. Further, there is no perversity in the order passed by the Court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Under such circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. The revision petitioner shall approach the very same Court for clarification in respect of the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.93 of 2013. No costs.
