Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner. Though the names of the respondents 1 and 2 have been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance on behalf of them, either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 200 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this Bench [Account No:7026895311, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai] forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
