This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 282 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, Special Government Pleader, has entered appearance for the respondents 2 and 4. Mr.S.Vinayak has entered appearance for the third respondent. They have no objection to the delay being condoned.
3.I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
