Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2992 of 2020 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner had sent a complaint through registered post as well as through online, which have been received by the respondents 1 to 3 and the respondent police have summoned the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent for enquiry. But, both of them have not responded to the summon. If the petitioner and the fourth respondent appeared for enquiry, due enquiry will be conducted and proper action will be taken.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
