ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The writ of Mandamus filed by the wife of Ganesan @ Auto Ganesan(CP.No.5673) for emergency leave for her husband a life convict for an offence under Sections 120(b) r/w Section 364 of IPC, Section 341 r/w 34 of IPC. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2025 is for emergency leave to attend the house warming ceremony.

4.This Court finds that the reason appears to very insignificant to consider the emergency leave. Hence, this petition is dismissed. [G.J., J.] & [R.P., J.] 07.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No
