Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, with consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has made an application for surveying his lands vide application dated 02.01.2025 and in the present petition he only seeks limited prayer to dispose of the said application expeditiously.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the application has been received and the respondents are ready to conduct survey and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 02.01.2025.
4. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is allowed with direction to the first respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 02.01.2025 and pass orders thereon, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
