This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2018 to grant permission to perform cultural programme to be conducted on 29.01.2018 at 07.00 pm., in connection with the "Maha Kumbabesegam" of Arulmigu Throvbathi Amman Kovil situated at Solagampatti, Valavampatti Post, Gandarvakottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the village people are celebrating the festival by conducting Adal Padal programme such as cultural Programme, on 29.01.2018. They have decided to celebrate the festival at the above said temple and for that they have already given a representation dated 17.01.2018 to the second respondent and no order has been passed till now.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 17.01.2018 and dispose of the same at early by considering the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Church of God (Full Gospel) in India Vs. K.K.R, Majestic Colony Welfare Association and Ors, reported in 2001 - 1 - L.W. (Crl.) 233.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
