ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner filed this Habeas Corpus Petition for production of her son-in-law, namely, Malaiveeran, S/o.Malaichamy, aged about 37 years. 2.Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that a criminal case in Crime No.67 of 2024 has been registered against the detenu on the file of the Melur Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 427, 387 and 506(2) IPC., and the detenu now absconded.
