This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct Innisai Kacheri scheduled to be held on 30.01.2018 at 10.00 p.m to 01.00 am., in "Thiruvizha" at Arulmighu Paramakalyani Sivasailanathar Swamy, Alwarkurichi, Ambasamutram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that the village people are celebrating the festival by

conducting Innisai Kacheri programme such as cultural Programme, on 30.01.2018. They have decided to celebrate the festival at the above said temple and for that they have already given a representation dated 20.01.2018 to the second respondent and no order has been passed till now.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has not raised any serious objection.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 20.01.2018 and dispose of the same at early by considering the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Church of God (Full Gospel) in India Vs. K.K.R, Majestic Colony Welfare Association and Ors, reported in 2001 - 1 - L.W. (Crl.) 233.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
