PRAYER : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.10875/Aa4/2022, dated 31.05.2023 and the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4986/Aa2/2021, dated 13.09.2022 and quash the same. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned orders dated 31.05.2023 and 13.09.2022.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the property from T. Alamelu and others. Subsequently, the 5th respondent claimed that he had purchased the same property from the same T. Alamelu. However, the 5th respondent purchased the property from the legal heirs of T. Alamelu. Therefore, the official respondents concluded that the petitioner's document is a fraudulent one.

3. Admittedly, a suit is pending between the parties in O.S. No. 566 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District Court, Madurai, in which the 2/4

petitioner is also a defendant. Therefore, the parties are at liberty to adjudicate their rights in the pending suit.

4. With these observations, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned orders dated 31.05.2023 and 13.09.2022. are hereby quashed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 08.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Internet : Yes KSA To:
