The writ petitioner is working as a Village Administrative Officer. He is due to retire on 31.01.2018. He was issued with charge memo dated 27.05.2015. Till date, it has not been disposed of. The petitioner seeks an expeditious conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings intiated against him. The said request is reasonable.
