As against the contention in the affidavit of this petition that the TASMAC outlet is proposed to be opened in violation of Rules, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent concerned informs that only a proposal to open such TASMAC outlet is pending consideration and in the event of the same being acceded to authorities would assure that there will be no violation of Rule 8(1) Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending Rules.. 2.Recording such submission, this petition shall stand closed. No costs.
