ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the award passed by the Commissioner of Workmen Compensation, Madurai, in E.C.No.116 of 2010, dated 21.10.2020.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the amount awarded by the Commissioner of Workmen Compensation, Madurai, has already been settled to the respondents 2 and 3.
