To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P (MD) NO. 6523/2017 dated 05.06.2017 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor in both the petitions, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with

the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 15.06.2017 onwards and investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
