This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Crime No.18 of 2020 dated 04.01.2020 on the file of the respondent No.1 for offence under Section 285 of IPC. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.18 of 2020 and Charge Sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Madurai and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.1325 of 2020.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
