2.When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner was only called for enquiry in connection with a case in Crime No.266 of 2015 and there is no harassment by the respondents police. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
