PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's legal heirship application No.TN- 7202009261383 dated 26.09.2020 afresh as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Oo.Mu.No. A7/2709/2020 dated 07.12.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.
