This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct Kumbabishekam festival in Sri Arulmighu Dhaathan Kulam Vinayagar Temple, Aruppukottai Town Main Road, Near Agamudaiyar Mahal, Virudhunagar District by considering his representation dated 09.01.2024.

2.Today(16.02.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the HR & CE Department is intended to conduct Kumbabishekam in the above temple on 22.02.2024.
