ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's name for S.No.111/3B1 in Ponmeni Village, Madurai west taluk, Madurai, based on the petitioner's representation to the 1st respondent on 27.11.2021 and based on the online application form dated 04.01.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that on 10.12.2021 itself, the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta for the aforementioned property has been considered on merits and the petitioner's application has been rejected. The said statement is recorded.
3.Since final orders had been passed, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, the only remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the same in the manner known to her under law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.[MD]No.3236 of 2022 to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10.12.2021 in the manner known to her under law.
4.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has not received the order dated 10.12.2021 passed by the third respondent till date. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to send a copy of the order dated 10.12.2021 to the petitioner, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
