2.The petitioner herein filed W.P.(MD)No.18111 of 2023 and obtained a direction for conducting survey. If the said order has not been complied with, the remedy open to the petitioner is to file a contempt petition. A second writ petition may not lie.

3.Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
